Tūī are famous for their intricate plumage and impressive, varied song. They are found throughout New Zealand and thrive in predator controlled areas where their song can be hear above most other birds, they are the lead singers of our native bird chorus. This tūī is perched on kawakawa - a plant famous for their heart shaped leaves.

This print is created with long-lasting matte pigment inks on textured, high quality archival 100% cotton rag. (Cotton rag is an environmentally responsible paper made from lint fibres - a by-product of the cotton industry).
