Please make sure you agree to these terms and conditions before purchasing from my website.

In a nutshell these terms are just to outline how I send items, what happens if something goes wrong and details my shipping policies. I am just one person and I want you to be happy with your purchase so these terms are to keep things fair for both of us.

Shipping within NZ: I aim to ship all orders within 5 working days. Often I can get overwhelmed and there may be a delay of a few days, but please know I my doing my best. Orders sent within NZ are tracked. If you items do go missing I will contact NZ Post and they will conduct an investigation. If the item has been lost please be assured I will send a replacement. Delays with delivery are out of my control and I can’t guarantee items will arrive within the timeframe although they generally do. If your item is delayed I can’t replace it until the initial order has been confirmed as missing. If your item hasn’t arrived please contact me as soon as possible.

International shipping
Yes I offer international shipping, but unfortunately at this time it is at buyers risk. I simply cannot afford to refund or repost items that get lost in the post. Most orders are shipped within 5 working days via NZ Post's International Air option, you will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way. Unfortunately tracking is not available for international orders, it's simply too costly, and in order to provide a reasonable shipping cost it’s not feasible.
• Shipping to Australia usually takes around 12 working days.
• Shipping to US, UK and Europe usually takes around 20 working days.
• Shipping to everywhere else usually takes up to 24 working days.

Pre-order items: Sorry I can’t offer returns, exchanges or refunds on pre-ordered items such as t-shirts. These are printed to order and I pay upfront for the printing costs to order each item specifically for each customer so I can’t offer refunds. I always include measurement info on the listing page so please choose carefully when placing a pre-order.

Discounts: Occasionally I offer discount codes to newsletter subscribers. If you have a discount code please make sure to apply it before checkout. I cannot add a discount code after an order is placed.

Damaged Items or returning: I take extreme care when packaging items to avoid damage in transit, but if your items arrives damaged please contact me and I will send a replacement.

Change of mind: I cannot accept change of mind returns sorry, as items such as art prints are made to order.

Shipping Address: Please make sure to provide the correct and full shipping address at time of ordering, (including flat / unit number, suburb etc) I ship the address provided on the order. The shipping cost will have to be covered by the customer if the item has to be re-sent due to a customer error.

Copyright: Purchasing any item/s from my website does not transfer reproduction rights. I retain all rights to my designs and illustrations, you may not on-sell, redistribute or offer any of my products as giveaways or promotion on social media without my express permission.

Mistakes: I reserve the right to refund and cancel any order if the price listed is in error. In the unlikely occurrence there is a small mistake on a calendar I am not obliged to refund the purchase price. I am only human and make mistakes from time to time.
