Fairy terns are no doubt our rarest birds, their entire population is less than 40 individuals. They are small shorebirds that live on the shores of northern NZ where they are clinging on for survival - battling predators, bad weather and human disturbance. Ongoing intense conservation efforts are trying to ensure we don’t lose these precious birds forever.

This print is created with long-lasting matte pigment inks on textured, high quality archival 100% cotton rag. (Cotton rag is an environmentally responsible paper made from lint fibres - a by-product of the cotton industry).
