This original kororā / little blue penguin illustration is lovingly hand painted in gouache (opaque watercolour).

I’m painting a bird each day in February, this painting is part of my challenge! Through these illustrations I aim to highlight the distinctive features of each bird while celebrating their unique characteristics and charm.

Hand painted in gouache on archival art paper.
Paper size is A5 (210x148mm)
Hand signed and packaged flat in sturdy cardboard.

Please note that this illustration will be scanned and the image , either in whole or in part, will appear on some of my other native bird themed products eg. stationery, stickers etc.
